60ml DARK LARK Single Malt Whisky
10ml Maple coffee*
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Garnish flamed citrus peel or a coffee bean
*Add 30ml espresso to 100ml warmed Maple syrup, stir until combined.
A REFRESHING START TO THE NIGHT

Fill glass with ice
Top with pear soda
Squeeze of lemon
Pear fan garnish

30ml DARK LARK Single Malt Whisky
60ml Pear and honey cordial*
10ml Lemon juice
Top up with Champagne
Cherry garnish
*250ml Pear juice, 100ml Honey, 1 TSPN Citric acid. Warm all ingredients in saucepan on stovetop and stir to incorporate, avoid simmer or boiling. Remove from heat and stand until cool.
